Hiring Reliable Direct Support Professional for the following locations in:-

Norristown, Montgomery County

Pottstown, Montgomery County

Collegeville, Montgomery County

Royersford, Montgomery County

All Team Members must:

· be 18 years of age or older

· have a current driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years

· possess a high school diploma or GED

· have no prohibitive criminal offenses

· be available to work on weekends and holidays

. complete and pass the ODP medication administration training

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Provide personal care and support while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
• Monitor clients for any changes in behavior or health status, reporting concerns to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages client participation and empowerment.
• Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of all clients.
