Residential Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential programs in  Delaware/Philadelphia  County . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality care for residents, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. This position also supervises Program Supervisors and Direct Support Professional Staff who are engaged in assisting program participants to live and function as independently as possible within the community in accordance with the Everyday Lives Principles working in assigned homes. This is a salaried position.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Residential Programs or similar settings
- Proficiency in medication administration and caregiving practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management

- Understanding of individual rights and regulations governing residential programs

-Must be willing and able to participate in on-call and work occasional varying shifts including weekends

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Education requirements include an associate degree from an accredited college/university or 60 credits plus  4 years experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities
