Looking for DSP staff who can reliably commute and work in North West Philadelphia ( Ridge Ave) ,  North East Philadelphia (Convent) and  Middletown( Knowlton Rd), Delaware County 

Work is performed and reviewed for effectiveness and adherence to program policies and procedures under the general direction of the Service Director (Residential Services). As a Program Manager (Residential Services), you are responsible for the selection, training, scheduling and management of each employee, and the team as a whole, for assigned residential program, as well as assisting other residential programs. The Program Manager (Residential Services) position is relied upon for ethical implementation of services and support to ensure quality services that are in accordance with all applicable regulations. You are delegated the authority, responsibility and accountability necessary to carry out assigned duties and to respond to emergency situations. Since you will be working with people, you must be prepared to effectively deal with emergencies, health-related issues and unexpected interruption of duties. We will ask that you be flexible in routine, daily assignments, site assignments, hours of work and philosophical commitment. Your actions will affect another person’s life, and it is expected that you will be a positive, desirable role model. Since you will be interacting with numerous professionals on a frequent basis, you are expected to represent yourself and the Agency in a positive, professional manner at all times.

Behavior Consultants work collaboratively with agency staff, school personnel and caregivers to identify behavioral goals, and develop and monitor effective treatment plans. 

BHT supports children on the Spectrum in the classroom setting.

Part-time - maximum hours is 25hrs in a week. This is a mobile position requiring that the chosen applicant has reliable transportation to drive individuals to community-based events and activities.

This position is providing services throughout Lehigh and Northampton Counties. This position will go to the individual's home to work with them on skills teaching. It does require that the chosen applicant gets a 75% billing rate. The individuals referred to this program are Magellan Behavioral Health or County funded. Skills teaching will focus on areas of Living, Learning, Working, Socialization and Overall Well-Being.

This position oversees the Psych Rehab Counselors and Specialists for the Mobile Psych Rehab program in Lehigh and Northampton Counties. This position will also carry a caseload, as well as supervision of staff. The individuals receiving this service are funded by either Magellan Behavioral Health or the specific county - Lehigh or Northampton.
