All Team Members must:

· be 18 years of age or older

· have a current driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years

· possess a high school diploma or GED

· have no prohibitive criminal offenses

· have their own personal vehicle -mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with community activities such as going shopping, attending church activities or out to eat. Mileage Reimbursement and meal reimbursement  provided to employee. 
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
• Monitor clients for any changes in behavior or health status, reporting concerns to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages client participation and empowerment.
• Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of all clients.
