Essential responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centered services.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant residential environment.
- Overseeing the daily care, activities, and needs of program participants.
- Supervising household operations, including facility upkeep, supplies, meal planning, medication administration, documentation, expenses, and daily records.

Locations: We are seeking to hire multiple Leads to oversee locations including Greentree, Baldwin, Charleroi, and Greensburg.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years
- High school diploma or GED, plus at least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
