Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Step by Step, Inc. is seeking an energetic, patient, and supportive Program Supervisor to join our team. This role combines Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsibilities with on-site supervisory duties, supporting adults with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and maximizing their independence.

About Step by Step, Inc.

Step by Step, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing support services to more than 2,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, mental illness, and substance use disorders. Our community-based programs empower individuals to live as independently as possible while remaining connected to their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the provision and implementation of specialized services.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant residential environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Supervise, coach, and support program staff, including conducting performance evaluations.
  • Oversee facility upkeep, maintenance, and inventory of supplies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of menus, expenses, daily communication logs, activities, medication administration, and participant records.

All Team Members must:

· be 18 years of age or older

· have a current driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years

· must pass CPR and First Aid Certifications, Medication Administration Training and Practicum Observer Training

· High School diploma or GED plus 6 months experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

· be available to work on weekends and holidays

Supervisory Experience is Preferred
